Our congregation strives to do God's will and diligently take on the character of Christ. Our mission is to carry on His work. We carry on His work by serving our community. We will serve God by serving humanity!
Our congregation was established in 1941. On January 12, 1997, we set up scriptural leadership with the ordination of elders and deacons. We have become home to many Christians here in Charlotte, NC. Over the past few years, Charlotte has become a melting pot of people from various parts of the United States as well as all over the world. As a result, our congregation is reflective of the melting pot known as the Church. God has led people to us from throughout the United States, Carribean Islands, Nigeria, Panama and Japan. We are pleased to know that even though we have different backgrounds, it is our love for Christ that has brought us together.

Salvation
...yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. Romans 6:17
1. HEAR
The gospel of Jesus Christ must be individually heard because the Bible teaches that “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17)
2. BELIEVE
Belief in the gospel is essential to the obedience of God’s Word. Mark 16:16 teaches, “He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned.
3. REPENT
Repentance of sins must be made in order to be saved. The decision to turn away from sin and commit to living for Jesus is required. (Acts 17:30, 31, 2:38)
4. CONFESS
Confession with the mouth that Jesus is the Son of God (Matthew 16:16), that He died, was buried, and was resurrected for our sins must be made. (Romans 10:9-10)
5. BE BAPTIZED
Baptism for the remission of sins is essential for salvation. (Mark 16:16, Matthew 28:18-20)
6. LIVE FAITHFULLY
The Christian walk should continue until Jesus returns. Service to Him is a life-long and willing commitment that is done through agape love to our Lord and Savior. (1 Corinthians 15:58, Revelation 2:10)
